Organizing your insurance leads into well sorted queues isn’t easy and it can be a time-consuming task to do. If you are like a lot of insurance agents, you probably have spreadsheets and contact software which you are using in order to organize your contacts. You may even have a separate task list somewhere and another type of software for reminders. With all the items that you need to keep together and all the tracking you have to do, what you need is single software which will show you everything you need to see. The answer to your problems is a CRM.

A CRM like LeadMiner can generate your leads for you but at the same time can do a lot of other things as well. Since the most important task when it comes to your medical insurance leads is to be able to organize them and keep them informed, you have the advantage of being able to use a powerful tracking system that can organize your leads the way you want.

Sort your health insurance leads into their own list and do the same for your senior health insurance leads. You can additionally sort your leads into warm, cold and hot leads so that you can figure out the type of communication which needs to happen between you and these leads.

Since your leads should be contacted by phone while they are still hot, you can make sure you have a list of your hottest leads and alternatively set up your CRM to send emails over to your colder leads. You don’t even have to manually send off the emails because the CRM will do it for you. At the same time, you can be assured that all your calendars and appointments can be stored and synced in one place so that you don’t have to worry about missing out on any commitments.

If you are tired of sorting your insurance leads manually, a CRM is the tool for you. Electrify your insurance business with a good system and of course our excellent insurance leads to help increase your insurance sales conversion. Sign up now!

There are variety of techniques and methods for you to do insurance marketing. One of these methods is the drip marketing technique. Essentially, you’ll be relying on your emailing capabilities for this. And of course, tools like your quote engine and your autoresponder. In taking up a drip marketing campaign, you’ll reap the benefits such as lower marketing cost, interactive marketing, faster and flexible marketing technique and better tracking. To get started, you have to develop your list. Take a look at the contacts that you have today and look into the ones you put in the dead leads category too.

For the various insurance leads that you’re going to be working on through drip marketing, you have to create a schedule. Dead leads will have a different schedule for receiving email promotions and newsletter emails, etc. The leads that are warm enough will have a different type of drip marketing method. In your emails, you have to provide information about your products and that includes the price. You also have to add testimonials to boost your lead’s confidence to take the next step. Don’t forget your call to action.

It’s important to also know the law about email marketing and drip marketing in order to steer clear of spamming your recipients out of their wits. You want them to welcome your email messages and not to shun them away. You also don’t want to be banned from email advertising. You can keep to the drip marketing schedule that you created for all of your medical insurance leads by automating. Using your autoresponder, you can input the time and date when you need emails to be sent to a particular lead. If they finally close with you, don’t forgo keeping the relationship alive for future insurance needs and referrals.

No matter how large the market you’re working on to sell insurance to, you need to use the best marketing techniques. Drip marketing is a great technique for you to use. If you’re looking to improve your insurance sales numbers, you just have to sign up to gain a better success conversion ratio using our top quality insurance leads.

You are never alone in business. In the same way that your insurance agency has competitors, you’ll also have people who own businesses that compliment your business. A good technique to increase insurance sales would be to engage in ad exchange. This is one way to market your brand for free with complementary businesses and you only have to do them a good turn of advertising their business in your website, your blogs and your newsletters. It wouldn’t be difficult to put the ads of complementary businesses in your website because they’re very closely related.

The key with ad exchange to get health insurance leads is to build a trusted network. Again, there are so many businesses in the world that you wouldn’t only be engaging in this marketing technique with one complementary business but a whole lot of them. You would, however, need to sift through the market to ensure that the companies you partner with are trustworthy. For the most part, the most difficult stage in the process of getting ad exchange set up would be the initial set up. From there, everything is going to be smooth ride to success.

When you’re out looking for the right partners for ad exchange, look for those businesses that complement your business. There might be estate planners in the market as well as tax preparers that you can partner that would target life insurance leads. You should also go with entrepreneurs that are trusted. A key preference here would be those that you already know. The last thing you want is advertising that gets tainted because of distasteful content. Look for a company with roughly the same number in their client list and finally, you have to make an agreement with these partners to ensure that you’re all on the same page.

If you’ve seen the websites and blogs on other sites with links to relevant websites, you can also profit from this. Finding partners who complement your business, you can increase your chances for insurance sales. If success is what you’re looking for with your insurance business, you can find it here when you sign up for our high quality leads.

One technique to reaching your health insurance leads and getting free advertising is through setting up an ad exchange. Everyone knows that advertising is expensive and whatever means you can get to expand your ad reach is welcome. Ad exchange can help you get the valuable advertising you need without having to shell out all that extra cash. For those of you not yet familiar with ad exchange, you basically exchange advertising. So, you find a partner and place their advertisements on your website. In turn, they will do the same for you. Choosing the right partner takes a bit of work, but the benefits outweigh the effort.

In order to choose the right partners, it’s important to get someone who isn’t in the same business as you. Obviously trying to get your competitor to advertise your link on their site isn’t going to happen soon and you’re definitely not going to want them on yours.

You’ve also got to make sure your ads are placed on good websites – run by reputable businesses. If you know the business then all the better. At least you know that the business can be trusted. After all, an ad exchange with a company that doesn’t have a good reputation is going to ruin your reputation as well.

Also remember to make sure that the business you partner with has a credible online presence. This way, you will actually be tapping into a good market of insurance leads. If the business you partner with doesn’t have a good following then no one will be there to see your ads.

Lastly, don’t forget to get everything discussed on paper. You don’t want your business relationship to be tainted just because you forgot something. A MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) will protect both of you in the long run.

The advantage of ad exchange, other than free advertising is that it’s also a great way to build the rank of your website. Remember that search engines care about the links you have on your site and the sites that use your links as well. This way, you won’t just be able to reach an additional market you’ll be able to build bonds as well.

With just 50 characters to work with, you can actually pack a punch with your email subject line. When it’s your goal to get your insurance sales leads to open your email, you have to tailor your subject line very well in order to accomplish that. There are three main things that you have to remember when constructing subject lines for your marketing emails. These are to keep it short and sweet, introduce yourself and avoid things that can make you look like a spammer.

Even if the subject line provides for many more characters, with spaces included, limit yourself to 50. If you exceed that, your health insurance leads wouldn’t get to read the whole subject line and its click to the trash for your email. If you can limit yourself to use only 35 characters, that would be the best move. You have to get your prospects’ attentions with your subject line and you can only do that when they can read everything at first glance.

You also need to introduce yourself on your subject line. When you do that on the subject line, people will be more likely to open your emails. They know exactly who the email message came from and it would signal to them that it’s fair enough to open your email. You can put your company name in brackets so that it’s easy for your email recipients to see who the email is from. With your name on the subject line, your open rates can be significantly increased.

To avoid making your email look like spam, there are three things you should keep away from. You shouldn’t use all caps on your subject line. You shouldn’t overuse punctuation marks like exclamation points. Lastly, you shouldn’t use sensational words like save now, free or limited time only.

When you follow these tips to keep your email away from being tagged as spam, you’ll have many more of your email messages opened by your health insurance leads. Take these subject line tips to heart and double your opening rates.

Not enough leads to call? Sign up now and keep your working days busy speaking with insurance shoppers who are waiting for your call.

Among your insurance sales leads, there will come a time when you have someone who is actually uninsurable. Their eagerness to find coverage is quite unusual but you can’t do anything about it since their apps will be denied anyway, right? Yes it will be. But this doesn’t mean that you have to subtly say your goodbye since there’s actually something you can do. It’s an unbeatable combination of benefits for both you and the uninsurable insurance shopper. You can offer them some kind of protection against the rising costs of healthcare and get a cut with the sale of these items.

If you haven’t done so yet, you have to expand your product line to discount health cards. If you’re in the business of health insurance policies, why not take it a step further by adding discount cards to your arsenal? In case uninsurables find their way to you, you don’t have to turn them away. With this, uninsurables get a buffer from expenses related to healthcare – from prescription drugs to emergency room care and a lot more (depending on the health discount card benefits).

Aside from having pre-existing condition, there are other situations when discount health cards can be a viable alternative. Insurance shoppers that can’t afford high risk policies can resort to this protection. Although it doesn’t provide comprehensive protection compared to a standard policy, you can pitch this product to them as a cushion from the rising medical costs. Small business employers who want to extend the benefit of health discounts to their employees can also be one of your likely prospects.

Clearly, it’s hard to get one policy that’s going to cover for everything without burning a hole in your wallet. This is the reason why not a few individuals resort to high deductible low premium policies. Adding discount cards does not only help them pay up the deductible amount but it also bridges the gaps of these policies. And if you run into an uninsurable who tried all avenues to get coverage and failed, the discount health card will be a light at the end of the dark tunnel for them.

When a standard coverage isn’t possible, your insurance leads will quickly pounce on the next best thing – discount health card. Although it’s not insurance, you can still make a good profit out of it and make someone happier along the way.

Fill your days talking on the phones with highly interested insurance shoppers. Sign up now and bring in more sales!

Having a good way of advertising yourself – or your company – is a great way to get yourself around and into the public’s ears. Insurance marketing takes strategy, tactics and most importantly, intuition. You might have great insurance product line and know that the public can benefit from your services greatly but when it comes down to it all, without a great means of generating those insurance sales leads, you’re going nowhere.

Now formulating a good marketing strategy takes a lot of work, because face it, you’re not the only one out there thinking how to get their names in the market. So first and most importantly, have a plan. Depending on which niche you cater, try to begin by knowing where your potential insurance leads are. By knowing where these individuals are most likely found, this helps to know the location of where you’d like to focus your advertisement. Although an online means of promoting yourself is easier, knowing which websites your target market are more likely to visit could help you know where to leave your contact number.

Don’t stick to one place, spread out your name in as many places as possible and if it helps, hire yourself some blog writer willing to write down about your insurance policies. Although you might feel like this is a big loss of money, give it time because most insurance shoppers like to get information from individuals through blogs and comments rather than simply reading it as a presentation.

Do the pros and cons to your strategy plan and try to see what weak points it might have so you can tweak it out to be more effective. Another way of also getting yourself out there is to test the waters. Try to invest on trial advertisements – although it costs – but if it does click you’ll be the one to benefit from it – tenfold.

When trying to generate insurance sales leads, it’s never really easy to start off but once you get an advertisement that works, you can expect your means of spreading yourself out to be more effective. So try formulating an effective tactic and grabbing those clients before someone else does!

Is your website giving you enough leads to pursue? If you need more, sign up now and supplement the number of your leads with our high quality insurance leads.

Even if most of your earnings come from getting your insurance leads to sign a standard coverage app, you can still make a good amount of money by dealing with uninsurable individuals. You’ve seen and heard of them. You even got a handful of them in your inbox before. Rather than turning these individuals away, you can help them get some kind of protection and earn money on the side. If they’re not qualified on any of your health insurance products, you can offer them a discount health card instead.

Although it’s not actually an insurance product, it can offer protection from the rising costs of healthcare. Aside from individuals who finds it hard to get accepted on the a standard health insurance policy, you can also offer it to your prospects or current clients who wants a little bit more cushion on their high deductible insurance policies. It can bring down their healthcare expenses before their standard coverage kicks in or after reaching their deductible amount. And as an added bonus, once you sold the discount card, you wouldn’t have much to think about since it’s rare that they’ll ever need your help.

Generally, you’ll be getting 30% selling discount health cards to uninsurables and 15% for renewals. On top of that, giving uninsurable time to discuss their other options can easily earn their trust – especially after getting rejected on their previous applications. And when this happens, referrals are not far behind. They’re uninsurable but remember that it doesn’t mean that they’re friendless. They might have people in their circle who are qualified and are in the hunt for insurance. With the relationship you built, expect them to put a good word for you.

If you don’t have discount health cards in your portfolio yet, they’re very easy to add. So when you get a batch of health insurance leads that are uninsurable, you can still be of service to them and earn something out of it. You also increase your chance of being referred by grateful uninsurable individuals.

Are your leads converting as much as you want them to? If not, sign up now and see significant changes on the number of your sales by speaking with highly interested insurance shoppers that are actively looking for their insurance options.

Insurance selling is not an easy task. Too many times you’ll be hampered with objections and when confronted with one, it’s easy to pull up your guards and get defensive. But this wouldn’t help at all and if you keep on doing it, it would only give away your negative character and chances are you will be hearing a busy tone on the other line while you’re still speaking. How to deal with these stymies? It’s through asking clarifying questions. Delve inside what’s really bothering your insurance leads. The more you know about their reasons, the better you are to address them.

Once you get them to talk, it’s not yet the right time to overwhelm them with numerous offers. Listen and listen intently. When you think you have mustered enough of their concerns, it’s time to provide information that directly deals with their objections. Compose your solutions in a simple and concise manner. But if you can’t avoid long answers, pause every few sentences and ask if they are following what you’re saying. Not checking on them while giving away your litany of solutions might bore them and they might loose their interests in insurance altogether.

You must also learn how to read between the lines and think out of the box when hearing out their concerns. Oftentimes, what they are saying lays a deeper meaning or concern. If your prospect tells you about the high premium, it might be that they are also concerned about a pre-existing condition. You can confirm this by asking another clarifying question like “if we take the premium out of the picture, are you likely to sign up on this coverage?” You can always second guess on what’s on your prospects minds but you’ll never be too sure unless it came out directly from them. Guessing game can’t help insurance marketing that much, it’s the words that came out of the horses’ mouth that counts.

But if despite your efforts your prospect is still a hard nut to crack. The best way to deal with it is to offer a no obligation, no risk way of receiving insurance information from you. It may not guarantee their change of heart but you’ll mostly likely be the person they’ll hand their insurance needs if you keep them abreast with their options by sending them updated proposals every now and then.

Objections like “please send me info” or “I want to talk with my spouse first” is a way of life for every insurance agent. If you hear these words from someone you reached through cold calls, it’s a bit of challenge where their objections are coming from. But if you got your leads from online lead providers, you know that they have interest in insurance (though in varying degree) since they went out of their way to fill out the quote request form.

So what does “please send me info” tells you? Two things. It might be they‘re too busy or there not too happy with your offer. What can you do then? It’s the time for your exploring questions to kick in. Oftentimes, your health insurance leads are looking for something that would fit their budget. Asking questions like “do you find the premium quite heavy?” Or “Would you like a policy that has a lower deductible?” Pattern your questions from the policy you’re offering. Once you got them talking, then another app is up in the air. Pursue you questioning towards what your insurance leads are truly looking for and what they think they can afford – and not what can yield a higher commission for you.

After you made your revealing questions and your prospects tells you that they’re pressed for time, that’s your cue to get off the phone. You wouldn’t want to lose a prospect for pushing them too hard. But before you let them go, you better get a better end of the bargain. Ask them to tell you the things they’re looking for in insurance. Explain to them that you need the information so you can help them better. Keep in mind that you don’t need details at this point, just one or two benefit or feature will do. Wrap it up quickly and set up your next sales call complete with date and time.

Are you having a hard time overcoming objections? If you want to know more sales techniques in bringing your prospects to their buying decisions, so do we! Sign up today and make yourself a better sales agent plus the opportunity to take a close look at our high quality insurance leads.
